Our Standards
About: Practical care, carefully compared
Plunzoroundupp is a small, independent guide for people who spend their holidays outside and would rather carry less.
What we do
We compare product formats — tubes, sticks, sprays, bars, balms, pumps and jars — by how they behave on real trips: leaking, melting, security rules, water use and ease of applying the right amount. We write packing plans that you can adapt, not prescriptions.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose or treat skin conditions
- We do not run lab tests or publish measured performance
- We do not accept payment, samples for coverage or affiliate commissions
- We do not invent product labels, endorsements or reviews
- We point to label directions as the final word on use
- We name our sources and standards
- We correct errors when readers tell us
- We update guidance on travel rules when they change
Sources we rely on
Sunscreen testing standards ISO 24444 and ISO 24443; EU Commission Recommendation 2006/647/EC; US FDA sunscreen labelling rules; the WHO UV Index; public guidance from the NHS, Cancer Research UK and the American Academy of Dermatology; the TSA and national airport authorities for liquids rules; and the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics for camp hygiene.
